Those were some pretty awful examples there bigh0rt. As a teacher, I'm sure you see your share of these people, but I assure you there are good parents out there. And their kids imitate them as well.

Yeah, I agree. I know there are some parents that set bad examples for kids, but there are also a lot of parents that set good examples. This makes it seem that all parents are like that..
Just out of curiousity, is your location, "Laughing at Canadians", suppose to be a joke or something?

We have a quick pickup lane at my son's school and I've seen parents actually park there for an extended period of time. A couple got into yelling matches with one of the teachers (I think he was a teacher). Almost came to blows. How does a parent who acts this way discipline his/her own kids? Well, I saw you do it... It was pathetic and I think parents would be the most difficult part of teaching. And this was a private school. I can't imagine what it'd be like at a public school.
