Just 7/10?! I saw that movie on the weekend, and thought it was absolutely hilarious. I don't know how everyones rating, but I would definitely put it around the top.

I thought it was hilarious also and I was thoroughly entertained but just way too over the top for me.

More over the top than.... ?

I mean, I thought it was realistic from the perspective of these, specific, low-life, unusual but not unbelievable characters. And it had a good message too, believe it or not; it IS worth trying to make it work for the sake of the baby.

I guess the easiest thing to compare to would be A 40 year old virgin. For example, the birth scene with the baby's head showing was just unnecessary. Ben's character was very cliched and too predictable. I was heavily under the influence so I may need to watch it again when it comes out.

Just saw Ocean's 13 - 4/5

Not quite as good as Ocean's 11, but definitely better than Ocean's 12.

Two words that I definitely would not use to describe the Ben character would be "cliched" or "predictable." You want cliched and predictable, watch a Ben Stiller movie. In fact, nothing happened in that movie that I would chalk up as stretching reality or being over the top, as opposed to every comedy I've ever seen.

As a side note, Anne Hathaway was originally supposed to play the lead female role, but backed out when she found out that Apatow wanted to show clips of a real birth.

I just watched The Boondock Saints for the first time the other day as it was highly recommended to me by a few people, but I have to say that I thought it was terrible. I found it to be very boring, it didn't really have much of a plot, and I didn't really see the point in Dafoe's character at all. It's like they were trying to be Pulp Fiction or something like that with their violence and dialogue, and did a terrible job of it.

3/10.

Watched "Knocked Up" Last night. Either funnier than or as funny as wedding crashers. No holds barred (don't reccommend for small children", laughed more than i have at a movie in several years

Yeah, with the exception of the red headed chick, I didn't like Wedding Crashers that much either. I did like "Knocked Up", though.

Saw Ghost Rider last night. I wasn't expecting much going into it because I wasn't very familiar with the character but I enjoyed it. You didn't really need to know the backstory to understand what was going on. Oh, and Eva Mendes? 8-) %6
