Idiocracy - 5/10

Overall, a GREAT concept. Definitely worth seeing just for that, but overall a crappy movie with some hilarious parts. I think it failed on its own huge scope; a clever idea but too much to run with in a short comedy. Certainly no "Office Space"

Had heard of them but never actually seen them. Wanda has some pretty great quotes in it. I need to memorize what Cleese says when he is being hung out the window.

Hmm the green ones aren't ripe yet! B-)

A Fish Called Wanda is a classic ;-D

Blame 20th Century Fox. They screwed Mike Judge on that.

The new Richard Gere movie The Hoax.

It was ok I guess. Not a lot happens. It is very well acted but I started to feel that they were running out of things to make movies about if they are making a movie about a guy writing a book about Howard Hughes. It was a good hoax but nothing earth shaking.

It's watchable - so I'll give it 6/10 maybe 5.5/10

Brick 7/10 ;-D

This has been on my to-see list for awhile. It's really good maybe just a few qualities short of being great. 1940s-style detective story set in the context of high school cliques in modern day California. It's strange at first but once you get accustomed to the dialog and style it really takes off.

Maine has a good swing for a pitcher but on anything that moves, he has no chance. And if it's a fastball, it has to be up in the zone. Basically, the pitcher has to hit his bat. - Mike Pelfrey

Were you watching the same movie? Balboa was the best film in the series since the first. :-? Of course, that's just my opinion. :-D
