Never as far as I can remember.
What about the bad guy? I'm assuming this is an American movie, so he's foreign and/or has a moustache?
There isn't really a specific bad guy. But seeing as how the movie is about the Iran hostage crisis, the bad guys are definitely foreign and many of them have mustaches.

The movie was much less focused on the bad guys than the rescue mission though.
I think the most disappointing part about Argo was how they went into great detail in the beginning to show the US history behind the hostage crisis and then never really explored that again other than showing that Iranians were pissed. I think it could have been a really interesting movie that left viewers conflicted, but they didn't take that path.

The most disappointing part was the historical inaccuracy.

I have limited knowledge of the historical details but I believe that the movie is VERY loosely inspired by actual events.
If that's the case they probably shouldn't have rolled credits with pictures of the real people side by side with the actors who played them. I don't think they wanted people to think it was a loose translation.
