Rate the last movie you saw

Watched the Star Wars movies 1- 6 over the course of 2 weeks.

1. Phantom Menace. 2/10
Horrible. Obviously aimed at little kids, a bunch of cartoon monsters making stupid noises.
Also, Brian Blessed totally wasted.

2. Attack Of The Clones. 6/10
Much better. I liked how Anakin was a bit psycho looking, and any movie that has a scene with Christopher Lee and Samuel Jackson in it is worth watching IMO
Jake the Mus was every soldier? OK
Natalie Portman (2002 version) I'd hit it.

3. Revenge Of The Sith. 2/10
UGH. Too...much...CGI
One scene in particular was like a bad photoshop, it had two actors heads (non-CGI) at one level of contrast, and the rest of the screen (all CGI) about 5 shades lighter.
At least they had a lot of money in their imaginary explosion budget (sarcasm)
This one had the story make something really great, and instead they made an explosion-y desktop screensaver.

4. A New Hope 8/10
Iconic. A lot faster then I remember.

5. Empire Strikes Back 6/10
A bit slow, I don't think this is the best one like a lot of people.

6. Return Of The Jedi 8/10
Terrific.
One thing I found funny was Carrie Fisher wearing the oooh-la-la bikini ( ), then she talks and you're like "ew, haggard smokers voice"
Liked the end very much, especially how Vader basically gorilla-pressed the Emperor to his death.

You may have given three of the worst movies in cinematic history a rating above -100. You are hereby asked to relinquish your movie reviewing rights.

There is some eye candy in the movies, but all three are just the biggest mess of retarded plot, flat characters, and the most god-awful dialogue (and filming of dialogue) that I can ever remember. The closest thing to a redeeming feature was the build-up of Darth Maul which was rendered completely inconsequential thanks to the moronic idea to kill him in the first movie with a entirely anti-climatic battle.

The entire thing was a drawn out commercial for lightsaber toys.

Does anyone here plan on going to see the master and looper and then coming back here to tell me if they are worth my time?

I definitely plan to watch The Master... probably not in the theater though. But, I don't think you need any confirmation that a PT Anderson movie is worth your time. Have you ever been let down by him before?

Finally watched The Avengers - 7/10

Felt like I already seen it....it was like watching Transformers 3 but replace the transformers with the Avengers and vice versa. Even had the giant snake like machines crashing through buildings etc. The Hulk was about half the size he was in the last Hulk Movie and it was funny how when he first Hulked out he tried to kill all the Avengers but when they needed him at the end and he Hulked out he was on their side and only went after the bad guys...

Nope. And I really really liked 'there will be blood'.
