I remember being on holiday, watching some of the '95 Rugby World Cup Final, and while I didn't expect the film to hold a candle to the universal feel-good feeling of the real-life event itself, I just thought it was flat. Some will find this more inspiring than others and the acting first-rate, but I didn't find it to be quite as inspiring in spite of the decent acting. I also felt kind of indifferent about the rugby scenes, but then again, if I wanted to watch some real rugby, I'll flip the channel to Setanta Sports, thank you very much.

Did it show Mandela poisoning the All Blacks' food? :-C :-C :-C
And pretty much giving Francois Pienaar a BJ in front of a worldwide audience? :-P

The only reason I would watch this is because Easy Reader is in it.
Otherwise DO NOT WANT.

Avatar - 9.5/10 - Big blue Braveheart. Excellent movie, graphics worthy of the gods, very well done overall. Could've done without the blatant Iraq War references though. %-6 Those made me cringe.

I am shocked that Avatar opened to critical acclaim. It just seemed like there was no way it could come anywhere close to the hype it was getting.

I watched Up last night which was a fantastic movie except for the talking dogs.

You watched a cartoon movie about a guy who makes his house float using balloons, and you were upset because it had talking dogs? :-?

GI Joe meh...at least it was better than Transfomers. Pros: Sienna Miller and Rachel Nichols with different color hair than normal and made extra busty, the Snake Eyes/Storm Shadow scenes. Cons: the rest of the movie, especially Cobra Commander
7/10

It wasn't that they were talking, they just didn't fit the mood of the rest of the movie. It seems like they were just inserted in for comedic value because the rest of the movie was so somber. I rarely give a movie 5 stars but if it weren't for those out of place dogs that was a 5 star movie.
