I didn't really think the final scene's ending added anything to the plot by that point, though it was surprising.

Ghost Rider - 7/10

I thought this movie was pretty good. It's by no means a great piece of art or anything, but if you're wanting a good time then this is a movie you should check out. The acting and script were a tad corny, but it really just kind of added to the movie for me. The movie doesn't take itself seriously and that let's them do a few things that if a normal movie did, you'd just have to scratch your head and wonder.

Christian Bale's a great actor. He single-handedly saved American Psycho in my opinion.

Fantastic book by the way, my fellow bookworms. ;-D

Let's see what RottenTomatoes has to say about current movies:

Ghost Rider - 27%
Norbit - 09%
Hannibal Rising - 16%
Reno 911: Miami - 40%
The Number 23 - 09%
The Astronaut Farmer - 66%
Wild Hogs - Not screened for critics

300 (Sneak Preview) - 100%

Yep, not a single, good, watchable, admission-price-worthy film is coming out until 300. I'll wait.

Thank You For Smoking: 7/10

It was fantastic (remember, I'm a little more rough on the ratings than most of you guys). It wasn't very long, but it was extremely entertaining, the main character is awesome and the dialog is witty and clever.

Check it out; I give it the grizzly bear seal of approval:

I finally got around to seeing Children of Men, which I heard was good, and it certainly didn't disappoint. It was probably one of the better films I've seen over the last few years. I'm surprised it's not up for Best Picture, but I guess it didn't get a huge marketing campaign.

8.5/10.
