Burn After Reading- 6.5/10 I loved Brad Pitt's part and Malkovich was good as usual. However, the screenplay wasn't stellar like usual Coen brothers movies and I really disliked Clooney's character.

They wrote this movie while writing No Country For Old Men. One day they would work on one and the next on the other.
You have no frame of reference, Donny. You're like a child who walks into the middle of a movie...

Slumdog Millionaire 8/10

I thought it was very good, would not have gotten "Best Movie" in my opinion, but it was enjoyable. Started out slow and a little painful, but became much better.

Watchmen: 8.5/10

Do parents actually read reviews? or do they automatically think if its a superhero movie its safe to take their kids?

I watch the movies 2 weeks ago and there were a lot of parents who went with their kids and I only wish I seen their faces when Mr Manhattan showed all of his manhood. Not to mentioned the sex scene.

As for the movie, no gripes. I though it was very well done. The prison scene was awesome, but nothing compare to the opening credits, one of the best i seen in a long time.

My favorite character was Rorschach, the only complain I would have would be that I thought they would go into detail and explain the origins of his mask, they told us about his shitty childhood and the child abduction case, but no reference to his mask, but that's minor.

By the way Carla Gugino is hot, but that's stating the obvious. :-D

Just saw...

I Love You, Man
7/10

It is funny it has its moments, but I dont know I was comparing it to Knocked Up and Sarah Marshall and it just doesnt match up.
Its funny and a good time but nothing like the latter 2.

The Dark Knight - 9/10

Wow what a terrific movie.
I was expecting a dark and whispery-fest , which is one of my pet hates, but this was really nothing like that.
It misses out on 10 because of Batman's "bad Clint Eastwood impression" voice, and because the love interest was an unattractive dog.

One of the strangest scenes I've ever seen is The Joker walking away from an exploding hospital in a nurses uniform. 8-o

SPOLIER (for the 3 people who probably haven't seen it)

I think they left the joker alive on purpose, and it kind of buggers up whatever they were planning with Ledger dead.
I suppose the Scarecrow isn't dead either, so at least they've got something. (NO JIM CARREY'S AS THE RIDDLER ALLOWED :-t :-P )

AD...

The love interest is supposed\ to be ugly.
Or not as "pretty".
Because Batman can get any girl he wants, supermodels etc...
But wants her.
It shows his weak side, and how he has something that he, the richest man cannot have.

Its all about the story...
Anybody hear that Christopher Nolans brother is wanted for murder and kidnapping?
