I feel Juno is one of those bleh movies. It's not good, but it's not bad either.

I don't understand why this movie is considered learning material for a health class? Because it deals with a teen pregnancy? That's a bit of a stretch.
You have no frame of reference, Donny. You're like a child who walks into the middle of a movie...

I understand that, it's kinda like watching "How High" for a drug awareness class

I thought Juno was great. Got a little overhyped as every good indy does but was a really touching human story. I didn't know it was being taught in health classes but it doesn't seem like a terrible idea. I can't speak from experience but the emotional roller-coaster that the two kids went through rang true.

I enjoyed it as well. I don't think it is appropriate for educational purposes though.

Well I was thinking more from Bleeker's perspective. I never knocked anyone up while in high school. :-*

I`m a senior and at this point in the year there isn`t much work being done, especially not in our 3 month long(or short) health class, so when we aren`t taking notes on the many risks of STD`s and unplanned children :-b , we watch movies like Juno and John Q. Not educational, but i guess since it deals with "health" issues its appropriate viewing :-?

Juno's soundtrack sucked too. I imagine it ruined a bunch of emo kids' days by making their favorite unique band that nobody had heard of famous.
