My only gripe is it turns into an action movie for the last half hour of the movie, it was still entertaining but kinda odd that they made it a shooter out of nowhere.

I've found that people either really like this or hate this (I liked it). There is no in between.

I was actually in between O:-)

Good call. That movie had some of the worst acting i have ever seen, plus the stupidest plot.

The Pineapple Express short during the Oscars was pretty entertaining. Not as good as Ben Stiller mocking Joaquin Phoenix. :-D

Maine has a good swing for a pitcher but on anything that moves, he has no chance. And if it's a fastball, it has to be up in the zone. Basically, the pitcher has to hit his bat. - Mike Pelfrey

There Will Be Blood - 8.5/10. I got it. The girlfriend didn't.

The Holiday - 7/10. As far as chick movies go, this one wasn't half bad. The problem is that I find it hard to believe any desirable female would fall in a love with Jack Black. He looks like Jack Nicholson if Jack was developmentally disabled.

While I can understand why some people wouldn't like this movie and how it was acted, but I think Franco acted exceptionally well in this movie. I have a cousin who is in the same industry as Franco's character and he did an excellent job portraying that character.
You have no frame of reference, Donny. You're like a child who walks into the middle of a movie...

The biggest problem I had with Pineapple Express was that at some points it tried to be a serious movie. It kind of was in between action and comedy at some points and I didn't really know what to think...

TWBB is a movie that some people love, and some people absolutely despise. It's not that there is really anything for the average movie-goer to "get," (like, say, the plot) but the characters and cinematography are so emotionally complex, that it's just not a movie that the average person sits down and thoroughly enjoys. Hell, even the musical score was complex. You just have to be open and willing to appreciate PT Anderson's style of film making - and a lot of people just aren't.
