Children of Men 7.5-8/10

Didn't love it, but it was entertaining with good action throughout ;-D

I'll have to catch the 25th Hour.

I liked the Red Dragon. According to everyone that I have told that it is because I didn't read the book.

I also really like Kingdom of Heaven but Norton doesn't have a very big part in that.

He doesn't have that big of a part in Frida either if I remember correctly but it's been awhile. I liked Red Dragon but never read the book either.

Maine has a good swing for a pitcher but on anything that moves, he has no chance. And if it's a fastball, it has to be up in the zone. Basically, the pitcher has to hit his bat. - Mike Pelfrey

Gandhi 9/10

I can see why it won all those awards.

I didn't really like it that much. Good acting, but it just fell short for me.

Also, I saw Little Miss Sunshine last night. Absolutely did not live up to the hype. I'd give it a 5/10. Four of those points come from the beauty pageant scene...otherwise it would have been a 1/10 (with that 1 being Alan Arkin).

Yes, he was. ;-D
Better villian: Norton in Primal Fear or Spacey in Seven?

Norton was awesome in Primal Fear and if we're rating based on their acting I would give him the nod. I think the Spacey's villain in Seven was better though overall...

...and I'll take Verbal Kint over both of them.

Verbal is by far the best. It's one of the best movies of all time. Love Norton though as well. especially in Primal Fear.

"Good for you Marty. I just had to tell you."

Never knew that Norton was in Kingdom of Heaven. Cool.

There's some great movies coming out this month yet... Epic Movie looks like it would make Mel Brooks proud, Blood & Chocolate looks GREAT because we're not getting enough vampire movies lately, The Messengers looks awesome since it's been advertised for the past month already and we were all patiently waiting for a horror film where the title is "The <Fill in random noun>" And Norbit, man, it's about time Eddie Murphy did another movie where he plays a fat person... man, that stuff is soooooooooooo funny. So, anyone want to catch the #1 movie in America two weeks in a row, Stomp the Yard! Hell yes!

Also, for all you big Ari Gold fans out there, "Smokin' Aces" has gotten terrible reviews so far.

Epic movie should be good, mostly because there were so many bad movies that came out lately that could just be picked apart.
