Heard PS3 video card is like 2 years old and that will prevent them from having better graphics over xbox.

Seriously tho, why would I pay $600 for a PS3 and $60 a game if I can buy games for >$50 that will look better and run better on my PC?

Wii is completely different as it has features that my PC does not.

i've always been a PC gamer. my last console was N64. some reasons why i don't play console.

console games cost way too much. you can always find bargains for pc games.

PC games get patched.

PC games get free mods.

more customization, more tweaking.

fps with a gamepad? yuck.

Agreed! I can't play an fps with a pad..its impossible...you'd think they'd make a keyboard/mouse type pad for FPS games...its way better.

I need to get a FPS for the Wii. I'm playing Zelda and you don't always have to aim with the remote but the idea of using it as a gun seems mighty cool.

EXACTLY. I can't stand trying to turn with a frikin dual shock controller. This was a big reason for why I converted....that and MVP2005 could be modded to include the latest rosters. I cant see me ever going away from PC gaming again.
