serious help needed

i have been trying for days to make a killer sig, but to no avail I SUCK SOMETHING AWFUL. i managed to put together something that i am interested in but have no idea of how to really put it together. i saved the file on my desk top and have no idea of how to insert it into this message for the experts to see. i am not very computer litterate. if anybody can help me im lost .. thanks guys! mudhens![/img]

click browse

click "desktop" from the pop up window

click your file

click "open"

click "Host it!"

then a bunch of links appear

copy the link with the word "Direct link to image" at the right side IN FULL

post the link here.
