I know. I am a poor college student and I took a girl to dinner and the movies and dropped $60 for 1 night. All we had were pizza and beers too during dinner.
I hope the sex was good.
Yeah... better wear a rubber dude. She gets a-rouuuuund.

College was funny cause usually you just went to parties trying to hook up...if you actually took a girl "out" you got laid alot easier.

She likes Pink Floyd and the lightest beer she drinks is Fat Tire...She likes Stouts
You have no frame of reference, Donny. You're like a child who walks into the middle of a movie...

The movie will tank in New York, Los Angeles and Tel Aviv, but post places it will do well based on the success of "Passion" and he's hoping to appear to the huge Hispanic population too.
I agree with that, but for different reasons. I mean, this movie seemed like an irrelevant art film just a few months ago before Mel went on his drunken tirade. Now, I think people are going to want to look inside the mind of a madman and see what he's got to put on camera. Mel Gibson's name is huge in the media lately, so why not use it? Any publicity after all, is better than none.
I thought the trailer looked good, but I suppose it's all a spectacle. Truthfully, I'd rather watch Casino Royale a thousand times instead. BTW, the more I watch Casino Royale, the more I'm convinced it's the best Bond movie since Goldfinger.

I am hearing excellent things about this movie. Most of the negative reviews are coming from people who probably just don't support Mel Gibson. I couldn't care less what he does with his life as long as he makes entertaining movies that I can enjoy, I will see it.
Still not sure if I want to go see it in a theater but an action movie with violence and ancient civilization setting seems like a must see for me.

I enjoyed it more for the production quality than the plot. Mel knows his stuff an executes extremely well. I don't think much would be lost if you didn't see it in the theater.

Agree about the entertainment quote, and the only thing keeping from this so far is that I've heard it's pretty violent - and I remember Passion of the Christ.
The only difference is that I expected it in that movie...

its not nearly as violent as passion. maybe close in frequency, but definitely less graphic. Similar to Braveheart.
