I have a pending trade of my 1st pick in our Minor League Draft next year for either Longoria or McCutchen ( or Braun but I think he's just a tiny step back). Any opinions on who to take. I am not considering how close they are to the majors but more talent, upside and where you legitimately see them ending up.

McCutchen is a top ten prospect in baseball. Longoria is a top 20 but closer to 20 imo. Take McCutchen and hope the Pirates either add some players or trade him.

Who is available in the Minor draft that he would trade either of those guys for the #1 pick? Maybe there is someone there you should take.
