With my first pick, I took Hughes and was probably going to take a position player with this pick.

Agreed, although I think Carlos Gonzalez has a good chance at being ranked higher than McCutcheon next year.

I do too. I don't think you would be making a mistake by going with Bruce, but I like Gonzalez better since there's less risk associated with him. I like his potential combined with his situation in Arizona.
