And besides, we're having difficulty getting the oil in Prudhoe Bay and the Gulf of Mexico... I doubt we'd try to get it on Mars. The costs would be beyond astronomical. Can you image how much a barrel of oil would cost from Mars? Wow.

But yeah, oil on Mars is improbably if not impossible since it's a by-product of plant matter.

Ah...didn't realize that was the same thing. I've seen a bunch of eBay links before that haven't been removed, so I figured it was different. No worries.
