It's motion controlled. You swing the controller and it swings on the screen. Very cool. It has an extension that connects it to another little remote type thing so you can use both of them for games like boxing.

My biggest concern was that this new type of gameplay (and control) was not going to translate well or be executed well. I was fearful (and maybe still am) that this console would have a similar fate as say the Virtua Boy that was released years ago and will end up as a novelty and little more.

It seems like this has a lot of support, at least early on, so I'm definitely considering a purchase strongly.
