The ceiling on this kid is very high. But he is years away and needs to devolp more. He is only 5-11, 160 so he is going to need to fill out before he will really start hitting for homerun power. He should be great. But i would not be surprised if he doesn't make the majors before September of 2009 (considering that he belongs to the yankees and his way will almost certainly be blocked by some aging veteran)
