This is our 2nd year in the league so the best players available are players from this years 1st year player draft. Do I go with Longoria, Miller, etc?

Any opinions would help... ;-D

You are kinda weak at second and third (Marte is good, but he has not taken that step foward yet) so Longoria might be the way to go. If not take Miller.

My first thought is Longoria as well. I think he stands as the best prospect out there given your description and as a bonus he'll likely play a position that helps you out.

If you're looking for a more immediate impact I would go with Lincecum, otherwise Miller is the best no doubt.

Elbert is just a little more proven as a professional than Andrew Miller. I would have gone with Elbert but both of these lefties have ace potential, so you couldn't really go wrong.

Yeah I looked at his stats and I didn't like all his walks....seems like his control is his weakness at this point...
