My in-laws want suggestions on gifts for me and I want to suggest something in the $20-$25 range.

I want a USB controller to use for NES/SNES emulating, but know nothing about them. A friend of mine suggested a Logitech Dual-Action Pad, but there were enough horrible reviews mixed in with the good ones that I'm afraid to get it.

Any ideas/advice?

I use the Logitech Dual-Action Pad, and have zero complaints. Have had 2 of them for about 18 months and zero problems.

This probably belongs in the Video Game Forum, though. (I'll blue card it so a Mod will move it -- you'll probably get better answers there).

I have the Logitech Dual Action Pad also and it's fine.

I'm getting a new 360 controller and I'm thinking about a wired one so I can use it on the computer also (it plugs into the 360's USB slot).

Logitech is ok

it'll last a year or so.

Get a Nyko Airflo they are sweet and way better then the Logitech.

Plus they have a fan in it to keep your hands cool ;-D
