a definite help to their weak lineup. Now if they can get their pitching to come through.
You don't have to like 'em to own 'em!!!!

The Lee signing was a sign from Drayton to the team but about two years too late.

As much as it pains me to say I think Ausmus should be replaced with Humberto Quintero. His calling the game can no longer make up for the weak stick.

On the pitching side, after Oswalt it's going to be a wild ride.

just a little disappointing that they couldn't get the extra pop in their lineup when they had outstanding pitchers. I see that down a little this season.

Last season we could have a little more help than Huff. Lee's great and all but even if Clemens comes back, big if in my opinion, I don't think it's going to be enough. Unless they see something in Jennings and Williams I don't. Same old same old for the stros get a local pitcher at the end or soon to be end of his career ie Drabek and Swindell ,who I went to high school with at Sharpstown. Swindell did have some success as a MR after he left and he had a really long career. Don't even get me started on who we had that got so much better after they left ie Kile, Santana, Joe Morgan etc etc
