There was some speculation at draft time that he's athletic enough to play 2B. The last I had heard of it though was April or early May. Then I saw it posted on a Ray's blog as something that was "overheard" at the General Managers Convention. But I would lend much less credence to that than local stations and papers.
I agree that Longoria is looking at a September callup and I think he's looking at fulltime duty in 2008 if the Rays feel he can hold his own at 2B.
As for the original quesiton, I agree with the others. Gonzalez is number 1 but closely following is Longoria. (Though a move to 2B vastly improves his fantasy value). The number one pitcher of that group is definitely Yovanni Gallardo.
