Do you want highest impact with regards to how soon the impact will be or do you not care about ETA?

Hochevar, Andrew Miller and Longoria have very good potential and that will be turned into ML success before too long. Miller has been up already and the other two should be up by opening day 2008 at the latest. Clayton Kershaw has a ton of potential but I'm always wary of using limited roster spots on high school pitchers immediately. Travis Snider and Billy Rowell probably have the highest potential of any batters (though Longoria has a high ceiling as well). Daniel Bard is an arm to look at to make an impact sooner rather than later. Though I don't think his potential is nearly as great as Hochevar or Miller.

Lincecum will probably have the quickest impact, although he's an injury risk with his 5-10 frame, the guy can bring it. Fastball tops out at 100 and he keeps it in the high 90's. Think Billy Wagner with more stamina. The Giants are trying to see if he can start and that will be dependent upon his durability, but closing shouldn't be a problem for him if it comes to that

Chris Parmelee is also a guy you should look out for. He had a hell ova debut and should rise very quickly through the twins organization despite being a high school bat. He came into the organization as a corner OF, but a transition to 1B is not out of the question. Overall, very good OBP numbers with good power.
