So I installed Internet Explorer 7, and now the 'file' 'edit' 'view' 'tools' etc, options aren't on the page. I don't even know what they are actually called, but hopefully that's enough so that somebody will know what I'm talking about. Anyway, I used to be able to go to 'edit,' then click 'copy' and 'paste' to copy and paste something...but I can't anymore. Anyone know what I'm talking about, and if so, what I can do about it?

Trying hitting F11. That switched between full screen and normal screen on the older IE.

The Page and Tools drop downs pretty much have the functions that File and Edit did. They're on the right of where the Home Page button is.

okay guys, another question. Apparently my windows isn't legal(it is....I'm certain) and IE7 just won't install. Is there a way around it?

The only way around I would think is an illegal version of IE7. It checks to validate windows when the regular one installs so unless you can somehow reprogram it to skip that it seems like you're SOOL. :*)

I think you can get it from just leaving your windows updates on...it should download.

AS FOR FILE MENU

Not sure anyone knows this but you can move the File,Edit,View,Favorites,Tools and Help buttons to the top of the IE7 browser by doing this.

Put the info below in notepad and save as toolbar.reg

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar\WebBrowser]
"ITBar7Position"=dword:00000001

Double Clik the .reg file
