Jeff Clement.

Clement has incredible power potential and good on base skills. Disregard his production this year because of injury. And if you look at his prodcution HS, college and his first year of pro ball he is able to make significant strides to adjust his game at each level. Other than nagging effects from injury, he made improvements at the AAA level this year. Saltamacchia is a good prospect, but Clement is a very good prospect.
