Hot Hitters vs. Cold Hitters for Final Weekend

Postby kcs261 » Thu Sep 25, 2003 10:50 pm

Can we make a list? This would be very helpful to me. Hot hitters to play this weekend vs. cold hitters (or players who won't get much playing time) who should be left on the bench.

I'll start.

Hot Hitters:

Tike Redman - Red Hot
Aubrey Huff
Derrek Lee
Sammy Sosa

Cold Hitters:

Vernon Wells
Barry Bonds (minimal playing time)
Jason Phillips (hammy aint right)
Jim Edmonds

Anybody else have any sleeper hot hitters?

D. Ortiz (4HR's in the Past Week!)
C. Beltran (8 R's in the Past Week!)
J. Randa (Batting .500 in the Past Week!)

D'Angelo Jimenez
Edmonds (I agree!)
The hitter asks the owner to give him a big raise so he can go somewhere he's never been, and the owner says "You mean third base?"

Reed Johnson is 16 for his last 34... I'd qualify that as hot.
