Making the team out of spring training is too optimistic, but I think there is a very realistic shot KC brings him up around the All-Star break.

I expect him to start off 07 in AA, then make his way up to AAA once he's ready. It didn't take guys like Verlander, Weaver, and Pelfrey long to get their MLB opportunity, and I think Hochevar will be the same way. However, the Royals know they're not going to contend for the playoffs next year, so there really is no reason to rush him if he's not ready.
