7 starts, 6 wins, 3 saves, 43 ks, used 1281 innnings(1250 limit).
Couldn't really ask for better results. Picked up 2 points on leader
and am in second place by 2 points. Now the battle is with bats.
I have a realistic chance to catch him, trail him in ba .292 to .293
and can pick up points in HRs.

Glad it worked out for you. Looks like I might start 9 8-o starters on Sunday. We'll see.

Good luck with the bats. ;-D

Willis-----Mets
W. Williams---Ari
Webb----Stl
Alvarez---SF
J. Williams--LA
Thomson---Ana
Towers---Cle
Lima----CHW
Lee---Tor
Peavy---Col (in San Diego)
Sheets---Astros

That's 11 options and they are all scheduled to pitch on Sunday right now.

Here's what I did, I looked at matchups and picked up 3 good ones
to go with my 4. I'm glad I did mine last night while the games were
still meaningful. Sunday will be a total crap shoot. I helped my era
a bit and whip didn't move.

Ia m thinking or doing the same but with a traget date of friday. only 12 innings. need two saves to move up a point in roto. if I get one tonight, I am gonna gamble and blast off with a ton fo starters on friday. then pick up the other starters on the wire to prevent others from doing it back. is that bad?

I don't mind making a final "Hail Mary" attempt, but to then resort to "roster churning" to prevent others from doing the same thing you did :-t .

Just curious, does your league allow someone to have have nine starters in one day?
