I thought both were mediocre and not very funny, but Anchorman made me laugh one or two times compared to the sleepy daze that South Park caused.

They were both good in my mind, but Anchorman has the quotability factor. Gotta go with Anchorman.

Not even close for me. Anchorman! I'm not much of a movie quoter, but I say "I immediately regret this decision." all the time. !+)

Agreed Anchorman is more quotable, but I liked South Park a good amount more.
