I'm not so sure, of all people, if Cheney really is in the best position to make any judgments on people saying stupid things...

So what's worse; flip-flopping on a statement when you know you were wrong, or standing by a statement that everyone knows is false?
That doesn't really apply, but of all people, Cheney's said some stupid things himself (and he shot a guy in the face).
