This was a tough one, but I laughed more at Tommy Boy. I think I still quote that movie from time to time (What did you do?!) and I haven't seen it in years.

Tommy Boy was great, but I have some fond memories of being kind of an impressionable kid impersonating Ace Ventura...

I probably laughed harder at Ace Ventura the first viewing but I've seen Tommy Boy at least 20 times and it is still hilarious.
