The NBA is included in larger leagues; although the pool of felonious players in the NBA is very large... you can get some real sleepers in the late rounds.
I mean, just a few years ago Kobe Bryant was clean as a whistle... yet a rape allegation alone is worth 10 points; a conviction is 100.
