What's the deal with him? I know he steals bases like crazy, but he is nowhere to be found on ANYBODY'S Top prospects--even ones that go beyond 100 players.
I know he lacks power, but does anybody ever see him being a major league player?

Players who end up at second base usually don't have the kind of tools that spell solid major leaguer.

Similar to Tony Gwynn Jr., I don't think Eric Young Jr. has the all-around skill set to become a major leaguer who resembles his father.

He's a mediocre guy, not in the same ballpark as his father,

Just realize that guys typically get switched to 2nd base, they don't start there. They get moved to 2nd because they can't field at 3rd or Shortstop.
