If Zito is going to make 15 mil in the offseason it seems like a done deal that some of the teams who miss out on that sweepstakes go after Buerhle at 10 mil.

Edit: i wouldnt say garcia is overpaid at all. he's a consistent innings monster who steps up in big games. also he developed a nasty split finger that he was getting over at the end of last year.

ESPN shows that McCarthy started only 2 games in 2006. His 2nd half numbers where horrible. IMO, he stays in the pen in 07.

well the white sox have been saying brandon will be a starter in 07 for 2 years now. the guy was never a bullpen guy so i'm not sure how much can be looked into his relief stats.
