I just sobered up with a hot shower, but still kind of feel like ass. More water please.

At my peak, I did 4 sets, 10 reps @ 225 lbs... Now I could probably do about 125 lbs.

Now I do mostly beer curls, 4 sets, 10 reps...

The most I ever benched was 210 I think.

I'm 5'8 ish so that was decent I thought.

Now I can bench a very tiny midget

This reminds me of that Seinfeld:

Bania: I start off with curls. That's good for the bicep. I do 10 reps, 2 sets.

Jerry: Mm. That's fantastic.

Bania: You work out with weights?

Jerry: No, I don't.

Bania: You should.

Jerry: Why?

Bania: (broad smile of enthusiasm turns into dumbfounded look)

I need to start lifting again.. lost 20 or so pounds in the past year since i stopped... I could probably barley get 135 right now.. but before I would stick to around 170-185 2x10.. I usually just lifted legs with some bench.. but Ive definatly lost pretty much all the muscle I built up... it sucks
