No, Putz is a hunch. Nothing more.

Kuo is a question mark which means I think other guys will be better with less risk. I think he'll be 4.00 ERA plus 8-10 wins if he gets a chance to start enough games or he might get hurt and flame out.

Well, that ain't bad for a sleeper SP. How many highly-ranked SP crater every year and don't post numbers as good as that? Add in Kuo's high K-rate and you have a guy who would contribute to the back of the rotation in most fantasy teams. As I said in my above post, there are a lot of question marks but the potential and skill is there. If nothing else, he's the perfect spot-start guy for favorable matchups.

My expectations are that the Cubs will be quite interested.

Like others, I had him down the stretch in september and he did very well. He does have a very good mid to upper 90's fastball and a very good slider. I don't really recall seeing much more than just the 2 pitches, those 2 pitches are plus pitches though as long as they are in the zone.......

Its going to come down to staying healthy and keeping the BB/9 down for him to be successful, if he does then he could be a real nice suprise for most. I'm going to guess that the lack of control and no real decent off speed pitch means he won't live up to his own potential. He definately will be worth having at the back end of your rotation though!!
