Even though the Mets could not pull off the win, your catch was the single most exciting play I've ever had the priviledge of seeing.

Now, it is pretty meaningless in the scheme of things, and most won't remember it in a few weeks. But I know, for the sheer excitement that I felt watching it, that I will never forget it.

He had the chance to become a NY hero. Bases loaded the bottom of the same inning, a base hit probably would have won the game.

It might fade from the memory of the general public but I think Mets fans will be talking about the play for a long time to come. We need to get a Cafe artist to make us the Endy Chavez bandwagon sigs. :-D
