NES -Wore out several
Turbografx-16 - Eh, not enough games to wear out
SNES - Tried to wear it out, but the thing was indestructible.
PS1 - Wore out 2
PS2 - Still have my original although my son is trying to wear it out.

Not a huge list, but when you have to buy these things for yourself they're expensive.

I think my best system was GC. Zelda (both Windwaker and the Ocarana of Time/Majora's Mask bonus disc), Metriod Prime, and Super Mario Sunshine (seems like a little kid game but it was really entertaining, you really can't go wrong with Mario) were all awesome games that kept me busy. I'm very weird about Vgames, I can't play a lot of single player, not even Halo. But those were great.

i don't play video games like i did when i was in highschool. i'll occassionaly bust out the snes or genesis and play a few of the classics that i played when i was a kid.

i'm looking forward to the ps3, but i'll probably grab that in a couple years when the price drops. i'm a cheap skate like that.

I never really got into any of the PS2 games the same way I did the some of the consoles before it. The number of PS2 games that I actually sat down more than an hour a day for over a week I could almost count on Jim Abbott's right hand.

PC is the best. My old Sega got a lot of mileage from NHL 94, Madden, Tecmo Bowl, etc in college but nothing beats a PC. Nothing.
