Pepsi is doing this promotion where you get a free NFL hat (team of your choice) if you can get three bottle caps with the same team name on them. I don't know how many of you actually would be interested in a free hat, but I thought it might be easiest to gather sets of three if we were trading amongst each other.
Basically, what we do is post a list of the caps we have. We can read through each others' posts and try to make some deals where we trade caps that we each need in order to make a set.
The cost of redeeming a set is free. There's not even a S&H charge. So, shipping a couple caps from one person to another at the cost of a stamp will basically net you a "free" hat - and I don't know how you guys feel about free stuff, but I'm always down for free hats and t-shirts.
I don't know how much interest this post will actually generate. Looking over the rules, it says the game is only open to residents of AR, FL, IL, KS, KY, LA, MO, MS, OH, TN, & TX. For some reason, the east and west coasts are largely excluded from this promotion, but hopefully there are enough soda drinkers in those states to get a few of us some cheap hats.
So... Post 'em if you got 'em!

Nope, but I'm certainly asking for trouble, aren't I? I try to stop drinking as much, but everything else tastes so boring next to soda. I can't stand it.
FWIW, I do drink a lot of water, too. I just drink a lot of liquids, in general. In any given day, I'll have 1-2 20 oz. sodas and 8-10 medium-sized cups of water.
I haven't drank Pespi or Coke in over two years (someone get me a medal).
I was drinking 3 cans a day and my kidneys were killing me. I quit drinking it, and now they don't hurt anymore.
So I assume it was all the Pepsi, and not the Sam Adams, that was doing it.
So if anyone ends up with three Lions caps, I'm guessing you won't want it, right

I didn't drink soda for a few years and when I started again it would give me panic attacks because of the caffeine. I've weened myself back onto soda to wake up in the morning but still can't handle coffee or brewed teas.
they did this awhile ago....i saved up alot of caps and ending up getting 10+ hats....they all absolutely suck....they were all beige, and very flimsy...they looked like hats a painter would wear not to get paint in their hair...so i definitely think you're wasting time
