Any recourse against a commish who doesn't payout?

This guy is such a joke. He's lied from day one. I have e-mails i sent to him the 1st week of the season when I figured out that the league was stacked with fake teams. He tried to deny it all season. The funny thing is that he would make trades with the fake teams and his team and he still couldn't get into the money. What a clown.

The latest from Jeff Reidy is he's going to send the remaining $250 he owes me today via western union--he's just waiting to hear from someone he's borrowing the money from, I think he wants me to feel sorry for him--no chance. I told he the only time you are to spend the money that is sent to you for entry into a fantasy baseball league is when you have to payout the winnings--what a dumba**. He also said don't e-mail anyone else, this is between me and him, I told him when you girlfriend is paying your bills, she's involved--sorry dude.

Dont quit e-mailing his girlfriend. Call his mother again. Why does he have to pay through western union?

I got a message from Jeff Sat. saying he would be out all day because his cousin's 5 year old daughter died recently and his family was having a kind of get together to say goodbye. Hard to call that bluff if that's what it was. So, he said today that he will send the last $250 via fedex overnight after work today-we'll see--stay tuned.

Jeff said he got out of work late yesterday and was unable to get to fedex--he now states he will go to the fedex office today during his lunch break and will send the tracking # after he gets home from work--it's always something with this guy! I can't wait to be done with him.

He is always so busy at work. You would think that someone who works so much wouldn't have to steal money from people

A quick review:

1. the check is in the mail (always a classic)
2. It's coming through Paypal (a cutting edge version of the classic)
3. I don't know how to send it through paypal....Oh ya, you try it!
4. My girlfriend is going to send the money (women's rights advocates rejoice...sorta)
5. It's coming through western union (a bit of a technological step back from Paypal)
6. I'm sending it via Fedex (The University of Kentucky basketball approach, circa 1990).
7. The death of a small child delays payment (bottom of your shoe low to even go here. No shame)

Frankly I'm disappointed he jumped to the old death in the family this quickly. A shocking lack of creativity for a beer guzzling slob.

Still waiting to hear from Jeff with a tracking # from fedex for my final $250. I sent his girlfriend a message asking her to see that it gets taken care of as well, after all she paid the $750 out of her account. I sense an excuse coming at some point today from him.
