Pretty cool Idea. I'd want to try one with falaffel
This is kind of surreal. My roomate had this idea that we should create a food chain that puts your favorite food in a tortilla and make burritos out of anything. I wasn't into the idea, but he was mentioning like spaghetti, meatloaf, salad, etc...
Anyways, the other night he put ice cream, cherrios and caramel topping in a tortilla and ate it for dinner. It looked disgusting. He ate the whole thing and said it was good, but I think he was just saying that so he didn't look like a tool. He hasn't made one since.

Tortillas don't have much of a taste; you can probably put anything in them and it won't really affect it much. We just associate tortillas with beans and guacamole, so it's a little weird. But who eats cherrios with ice cream and caramel, with or without the tortilla?
I like the idea of wrapping foods up though doesn't seem bad to me; but ranchos huevos in a cone? Ummm, i'll probably pass.
By the way, here are some pics:
If you're a battery, you're either working or you're dead....
if it is hard crispy cone, i'd pass. but if it was a semi hard bread-like cone that is good for preventing leakage, sorta like a tougher pita bread, it doesnt sound too bad.

I'm with you here. If it were a quality bread then I would definitely go for it, but if it's a crispy-turned-soggy-with-grease type thing then I'm not sure if it would be as good.
