Based on 2006 overall stats for 5x5 league, I would rate them:

B then A then C

C is by far the worst, while B and A are closer and subjective to how well balanced you want your keepers.

I like B because of how balanced it is by position

A: 3B, 1B, 1B, SP, SP, CL - Two 1B, no OF
B: SP, OF, OF, SS, 1B, CL - Good mix of all positions
C: OF, OF, C, SS, 3B, OF - No pitching whatsoever
