I've always thought the divisional series should be 7 games; I'm just upset that they're considering it now because the Yankees are probably complaining about it.

yes, before 1970 no one worked.

Also, Fox owns the World Series now; prior to 1970 the money maker was attendance, not TV. People all over the country would ditch work to go see the game.

No. They want more games because they get revenue from 2 more games. Or, if you think about it, 2 more. 1 each for each team.

I'd say add another wild card team to the mix. Then have the two best teams in the league get the bye.

They should just get rid of the Wild Card altogether, expand each league by a few more teams and go to 2 league/4 division/4 team setup. After 13 years I'm completely sick of teams that can't win their division making it to the World Series.

The reason I like the WC is the fact that some divisions are overly stacked and it gives a team who is some cases better then some division winners a playoff spot.

ALDS should be 5 games. I like it, every game means alot.

Cut the season short 7 games.

A sport that has 162 frickin regular season games needs more than 5 games for a series.
