I might go so far as to suggest the band was not the problem, discipline was.... :-°

I was invited to join some Drum Corp marching bands while I was in high school, and everyone I visited seemed like a fraternity on wheels. It was crazy!

In my high school, it was well known that the band was probably the most sexually promiscuous social group... it was a big school, about 800 in my graduating class. With all the parties, the state champion football team and the snooty upper-middle class proletariat, it was the band geeks who everyone knew were doing it in the back of the band bus on their way back from Philly.

Haha all those flutes and trombones are turning the kid's frisky. I wonder if they ever load up the tuba with beer and just drink out of it... :-?
