711 must be doing well if they have half a million dollars to waste a year. ChiSox are getting something for nothing here.

Maybe it's just me, but will people really associate the start time with the store? Well I might now that I read about that rediculous deal...

I bet the Marlins have already contacted 7-11. A half million is quite a bit of money to them compared to their payroll. :-b

I think this a great deal for both parties. 7-11 gets three years of good, clever marketing and the White Sox essentially get half a mill for nothing.

Nice deal. ;-D

I certainly associate 12 Hits at Kauffman Stadium with Krispy Kreme doughnuts. In terms of advertising, $500 K is nothing.

Maybe it'll be known as "Our 7:11 start time brought to you by 7/11" or something like that....

They'll probably say "Welcome to Comiskey todays game is a 7:11 start time; 7-11 go get yourself a Slurpee!"

or something
I'm too lazy to make a sig at the moment

If the ChiSox have to mention the store by name, they are getting ripped off. 500K is nothing.

I would wear a 7-11 shirt every day for a year if someone paid me 5,000
