Then an old woman goes to make a left hand turn but neglects the turning lane mostly. So She basically just sticks her bumper about 2 feet into the normal lane. The lady in the Kompressor instead of going around her decides to stop her car. Causing me to slam on my breaks and the Mack Truck behind me to do the same.

Idiots!! The worst is that I would have been at fault for these things.

Old people suck at using turning lanes.

I had a friend who, when merging onto the interstate, would not look over his shoulder or use his mirrors. He simply stared straight ahead and yelled, "MERGING!!!", for some reason. I don't ride along with him anymore. :-o :-b

You know what, that's actually safer than the clown who decellerates on the on-ramp, and enters the highway at 20 MPH.

"Oh no, cars are coming, heeeelp!"

Merging is the easiest thing ever.

8-o

Hopefully he will videotape that a few times and share it with us before getting run over. :-b

Then again, what does he drive? If it's big enough, he just crushes anyone in his way. :-o :-b
Yes doctor, I am sick.
Sick of those who are spineless.
Sick of those who feel self-entitled.
Sick of those who are hypocrites.
Yes doctor, an army is forming.
Yes doctor, there will be a war.
Yes doctor, there will be blood.....

Not today, but I hear the traffic report every morning and it's never not backed up... in fact, Monday (Columbus Day) was the first time there wasn't major congestion on the beltway in a long time.

Occasionally I go out to the Baltimore/DC/College Park area and it's never fun.

Once, I was in traffic for nearly two hours on the beltway at a non-rush hour time... the reason? A flatbed truck on the side of the road had a three-story-tall cruise ship propeller on it and everyone was slowing down to gawk at it.

Yeah, he was driving a boat of some sort back then, like a Bonneville or something. Like I said, I don't ride with him anymore, but I think he's got a newer Grand Am now. :-o
