I agree with that, but there are kids like my mother who turned out fine despite having been raised by unfit parents and experiencing a traumatic childhood. The sad fact is that there are a great deal of unfit parents in the world, but it's their decision whether intended or not, as to the parents engaging in an intimate activity with plenty of consequences at the end of the tunnel. Plus, no one likes Big Brother being meddlesome when it comes to extremely personal affairs.
