Very good stuff. I threw out targeting Matsuzaka, Soriano, and Bonds in a PM with Hootie, but I'm not sure how that would work budgetarily... Anyway, Dave has some great ideas here. I really think the potential is there for significant improvement next year, with just a few tweaks.

That would be quite impressive to pull off. I would love having Manny to drive in Ichiro. (just traded for him :-D ) My only problem with that lineup is the injury concern. (Also Manny won't have the Green Monster)
