What does everyone think is the funniest skit from Saturday Night Live in its history? I'm saying either a one time only skit or a recurring skit like Wayne's World, the Cheerleaders, etc. It will be interesting to see what everyone likes since we have quite an age range in this forum.
Also, when will the seasons of SNL come out on DVD? Just about every tv show is out on DVD and I'm thinking that SNL would do a killing in terms of sales.
That's really hard. I always think the game show skits are the best.
Celebrity Jeopardy, The Coneheads on Family Feud and Geek, Dweeb or Spaz jump to mind.
Very tough, I'll take a stab at a couple just off the top of my head:
-Jeopardy
-Chris Farley as the motivotaional speaker
-Deep Thoughts by Jack Handy
-LandShark
-Eddie Murphy doing Mr. Rogers
-I don't want a cheeseburger. It's too early for a cheeseburger. Too early for a cheeseburger? Look. Cheeseburger, cheeseburger, cheeseburger, cheese- burger. Cheeseburger, cheeseburger, cheeseburger, cheeseburger, cheese- burger, cheeseburger, cheeseburger, cheeseburger. Hey. Yeah, tell me what, what do you, what do you want? What are you gonna have? I'll have a cheeseburger. Ah, one cheeseburger. No more cheeseburger......
-cowbell

That's my favorite too; shortly before this episode aired, my roommate and I were listening to some BOC... and my roommate turns to me and says, "Have you ever noticed there's cowbell throughout this entire song?" Once we noticed it, the song never sounded the same and then SNL does a fantastic skit on it.
